FESTIVE COCKTAIL ATTIRE REQUESTED
The Miami Shores Unity Ball, is a community benefit evening, which will be the major fundraising event of the year. The festivities will be attended by over 400 supporters, primarily by residents of Miami Shores and their friends and colleagues.
100% of the net proceeds of the Unity Ball will benefit local community organizations that provide and create programs to educate, culturally stimulate and support inclusive practices that include all the residents of Miami Shores and neighboring communities.
The Unity Ball has forged a relationship with a respected leader in giving and philanthropy, MIAMI FOUNDATION, a 501c3 non-profit organization, therefore all donations are tax deductible.
The foundation works with all kinds of donors and organizations and helps them make their philanthropy more effective and more fun. The Miami Foundation grants over $10 Million to local charitable organizations each year to help build a stronger Miami. They are experts in philanthropy, community and fiscal responsibility.
The Unity Ball has created a Fiscal Sponsorship Fund with the foundation, to ensure that monies raised and annual grant funding are fiscally transparent and distributed responsibly.
