Pinch Kitchen hosts Bottomless Bubbles Brunch

On Sunday, November 5th, Pinch Kitchen will be hosting a Bottomless Bubbles Brunch presented by local food bloggers, Dianne Rubin and Geoffrey Anderson of Miami Food Pug. Sponsored by Zonin USA, the Bottomless Bubbles Brunch will be raising money to benefit the Born Free Pet Shelter - a no kill dog rescue and shelter located here in South Florida. The Bottomless Bubbles Brunch will offer three different seatings - 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. The menu will be a mix of family-style sharing plates and includes: • Ceviche, Corvina, - wild red shrimp, choclo, aji limo, yucca chips. • Pinch Style Chilaquiles, - Salsa divorciada, huevo estrellado guacamole, a dish collaboration with Miami Food Pug. * Pinch Burger, - custom burger blend, brioche bun, swiss cheese, caramelized onions, sunny side up egg, aioli, house-cut fries, pinch ketchup. • Stuffed French Toast, - brioche, guava, whipped cream cheese. Zonin USA will feature a selection of bubbles from its Castello del Poggio winery as well as its popular Zonin Prosecco for two hours of bottomless bubbles. The Pinch Kitchen bottomless bubbles brunch is a brunch that offers delectable food crafted by Chef John Gallo and Chef Rene Reyes to be enjoyed by friends and family, Its where food and bubbles meet to be enjoyed by all and great memories created. Seating is limited. Make your reservations today! Tickets are $45.00 per person including tax, fees, and gratuity. For every ticket sold, Pinch Kitchen will donate $2 to the Born Free Pet Shelter.
