Pinch Kitchen is partnering with Hidalgo Imports to host a Five Course Food and Wine Pairing Dinner! Featuring Wines from Spain by "Bodega Hidalgo La Gitana" and "Bodega Aljibes". We are excited and appreciative that the Wine makers who will be joining us for this Food and Wine Pairing Dinner are Don Antonio Hidalgo from "Bodega Hidalgo La Gitana" and Don Manuel Lorenzo Morantes from "Bodega Los Aljibes", both wine makers will be talking about their respective winery and about the wines paired to each food course. Five Course Food and Wine Pairing Menu 1st Course -Maine diver scallop tiradito, salmon roe, verjus rouge, castelvetrano olives, lemon zest - Paired with La Gitana. 2nd Course - Torta del casar, carpaccio de teres major, frambuesas, foi gras, avellanas. - Paired with Aljibes Petit Verdot. 3rd Course - Paella de mariscos con chorizo casero. - Paired with Aljibes Cabernet Franc 4th Course - Rape = Monk Fish, cabbage, thai broth, bottarga - Paired with Las 30 del Cuadrado 5th Course - Torta de Santiago. - Paired with Pedro Ximenez.
