Historical Voyage to North Beach

Event Description
On September, 15, 2016, a limited number of first-come-first-serve attendees will secure an opportunity to embark on a ?Historical Voyage boat ride to discover the rich history of North Beach, alongside HistoryMiami Museums acclaimed historian, Dr. Paul George, during an 80-minute sightseeing boat tour departing from the Iris on the Bay location. (Iris on the Bay, 81 North Shore Drive, Miami Beach, 33139). Guests on site will also enjoy poolside drinks, live music and delicious canapés on the Iris on the Bay property.
Aboard a captained boat, guests will hear about the area?s past, points of interest, MiMo architecture sights and more. In addition, local non-profit Debris Free Oceans will be onboard to share information on ocean and bay preservation, while highlighting the unique ecosystem that comprises Biscayne Bay.
